Kathryne Horner has been the director of client services & operations at Retirement Benefit Advisors since 2010. She has more than 20 years of professional experience, including office management and administration, client relations, real estate, and was a finance supervisor for a local home health care agency.
It’s safe to say that she’s the right-hand team member at the office as she has a good gauge of office matters, assists with seminars, interacts with clients to provide service work (i.e., withdrawals, required minimum distributions (RMDs), initiates claims, new account paperwork, and resolves questions), and if you just need someone to listen, Kathryne is at your service.
Because of the care and concern that Kathryne shows toward clients, she has created lifetime relationships with them, often receiving compliments, thank you notes, hugs, flowers, and even baked goods. She knows she has made a difference every day in a client’s life, and she looks forward to continuing on this path.
Kathryne’s hobbies include exercise, reading, and she has a black belt in martial arts. She resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her husband of more than 20 years, her son and daughter, and her Yorkshire Terrier, Griffin.
